As an Assistant Vice President within the Global Learning and Development team, you will be a responsible for 1) helping develop project planning processes, and in collaboration with the Head of Learning and Development Business Strategy, lead project management for the strategic learning and development and advisor education plans; 2) assist with the development, implementation and execution of the overall strategic learning and development and advisor education plans; 3) develop processes and programs to track and measure projects and overall strategic plans, as well as analyze and report on results and, together with L&D leadership, offer recommendations for improvement and optimization. 4) Collaborate with Head of Learn and Development Business Strategy and the Global Head of Learning and Development to develop communication plans for internal and coordinate with adjunct areas to deliver relevant external communications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Develop project planning processes for the Learning & Development broader strategic plans
Collaborate with Head of Learning and Development Business Strategy and Learning and Development colleagues to develop detailed project plans for Learning & Development strategies and creation and implementation of deliverables, monitor and track plan progress; create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Drive implementation and execution of Global Learning and Development strategic and tactical plans
Develop and/or utilize existing data and analytics platform to track and measure; track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Collaborate with heads of the respective Learning & Development and Practice Management heads to develop dashboards, effective feedback loops, reports and helping establish a cadence and a mechanism to communicate results
Analyze ongoing education and coaching of Talent Expo participants, measuring changes in key success metrics
Research and follows market trends, solutions, and technologies that can be leveraged to maximize resource utilization.
Develop and administer comprehensive surveys for all of distribution to glean insights from the field; analyze the results and present to leadership
Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum 4 years experience in project planning and project management; financial services, investment management or learning and development experience preferred but not essential.
Comfortable learning and using project planning, dashboard and reporting software programs and platforms
Solid organizational and time management skills
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
