We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Senior Business Manager.
Lead a consistent and effective approach to business management across the functional areas
Oversight of risk and issues management owned by Compliance
Support country Compliance in resource and financial planning and tracking
Collaborate with local Global Functions and Lines of Businesses on relevant matters such as recharges, sharing of best practices and vendor oversight, to drive timely and effective service delivery
Lead the Business Continuity Planning activities within the Function
Facilitate smooth running of Compliance function by supporting all business activities including premises.
Issue validation and control testing.
Ability to distil complex and varied data into information, good process analysis and problem solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to ensure that information is captured in a timely manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good financial management ability
Delivery focused with attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed on time and to a level of quality.
Proven ability to prioritize workload effectively in line with business priorities.
University graduate preferably with a degree in Business Management, Accounting or Finance.
Previous background of working in a large organization, ability to work with individuals at different levels
Effective written and spoken communication skills in English
Project Management and a strong relationship management with a focus on financial and budget requirements.
