Stockton University has a full-time position open for a Coordinator of Enrollment Technologies. Under the direction of the Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions, the Coordinator of Enrollment Technologies is responsible for technical support, strategic planning and implementation of enrollment technologies; works as a liaison between Enrollment Management and other business units to determine system and technical requirements, works on the planning, documenting, and facilitation of software implementation projects, improve reliability of data, supports enrollment management with functionality of, and reporting from, software systems, including Ellucian CRM Recruit; completes other duties as required. Examples of work include:
Function as a technical expert, architect, a system administrator for the CRM system and users.
Analyze business and procedural needs and implements change. This includes redefining current business processes and developing new business procedures.
Initiates, leads and implements all system and application updates.
Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of Ellucian CRM Recruit administrative tasks including creating users, roles, teams, dashboards, reports, workflows, tasks and events.
Trains and educates system users of enrollment management systems including training materials, documentation. Ensure adoption of best practices by existing users as improvements are made and continuously work to establish consistency and efficiency.
Attends all Enrollment Management events to provide technical assistance and engage prospective students and their families as a representative of the Undergraduate Admissions team.
Works as the lead to define design solutions across system components and identify configurations tasks.
Creates/updates/maintains requirements specification documents, general system design documents and detailed system design documents.
Performs parallel testing to complete the application to enable operations production efficiency; and assists functional areas in training application users and ERP operations staff.
Reads functional documentation to assist users in exploring new system functions.
Operates existing interfaces and performs enhancements and troubleshoots problems as needed.
Oversees ERP (Banner) data and assists in data quality assurance efforts.
Manages CRM (Recruit) data, extracts data for reporting purposes, imports data from external sources, and assists in data quality assurance efforts.
Identifies business issues and proposes technical solutions to enhance business operations.
Conducts assigned research projects and provides accurate reports to management in varying degrees of detail.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions, Director of Undergraduate Admissions and Chief Enrollment Management Officer.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics or Ellucian CRM Recruit.
Demonstrated evidence of analytical abilities.
Demonstrated experience with enrollment information database systems (Banner preferred), web technologies, electronic data management and predictive modeling.
Considerable administrative experience in a higher education environment.
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics or Ellucian CRM Recruit.
Salesforce and Marketing Cloud experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience managing external vendors
