GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: Effectively manage the Kirkwood Inclusive Access program (Day 1 Digital): developing an efficient staff, product mix, operations, and campus collaboration. Assist with campus-wide programs as they pertain to textbook and digital media. Collaborate with departments and all campus store locations for marketing, media, website, and staff development. With discretion, exercise independent judgement.

High School Diploma.
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, OR REGISTRATIONS:
Associate's Degree or higher.
3 years of customer service and/or textbook background.
Experience with computer, Microsoft, Excel, and Outlook.
