We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President Innovative Business and Ecosystem Partnership Business Banking Commercial Banking .
Increase relationship depth by anticipating customer needs and providing superior quality services resulting in an increased portfolio in line with business appetite, together with a focus of customer acquisition of Small Medium Enterprise and start ups engaging in digital technology businesses
Managing risks of the portfolio
Proactively develop effective strategies to manage and de risk relationships, in line with the Global Standards requirements
Offer value added advice and guidance to customers and placing their needs at the forefront of all that we do, setting world class standards
Keep abreast of external factors influencing international and domestic business. For example, economic, cultural, geographical, procedural and regulatory requirements
Strong customer facing experience, preferably in financial service industry with knowledge of wealth management products.
Prior experience in commercial lending will be an advantage
Ability to identify, analyse, and with effective presentation skills.
Fluent in both English and Cantonese, with knowledge in Mandarin preferred
Self-motivated and driven to succeed in building strong relationships with clients
Have passion and fair understanding of technology
Ability to manage a variety of assignments simultaneously
Possess investment and insurance license
Possess strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, communication, teamwork and influencing skills
Good level of business acumen and international commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues
