The Temporary Administrative Coordinator is a full-time administrator who oversees daily operations, divisional logistics and overall administrative support for the Theater Division at Boston Conservatory at Berklee. This position serves as the executive assistant to the Division Dean, collaborates closely with the Project Manager & Associate Producer, and reports to the Chair of Theater. The Administrative Coordinator is also responsible student communications for the Division.
DAILY OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION DUTIES:
Maintenance of daily operating systems, materials, processes & communications for Division.
Executive Assistant to Dean of Theater.
Supports Chair of Theater in Divisional operations and communications, and Inter-Divisional logistics.
Departmental scheduling, meeting planning, and support.
Proven track record of problem-solving and operational logistics.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Fluency with Microsoft Office and Google Apps / Google Suite.
Track record of effective teamwork, flexibility and sense of humor.
Experience of working with artists and/or arts organizations.
Experience of managing social media.
