This Hyperion Business Systems Administrator - Developer will be responsible for:
Acting as the principal departmental resource relating to the daily operations, development and administration of the Oracle EPM Hyperion systems.
Partnering with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements; translating to technical design and building/testing/deploying various Hyperion solutions.
Leading in Hyperion report development to meet the evolving financial reporting and analytical needs of the Finance community and Operations.
Providing end user support for Hyperion solutions.
To qualify you must have:
A Bachelor's degree in Business / Information Technology or related field is required and minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Strong development and administration experience with Planning, Essbase, ODI, FDMEE, EPMA, DRM, SmartView and Financial Reporting Studio.
Strong understanding of FP&A principles (capital and operating), finance and accounting.
Understanding of EPM system architecture and design.
Understanding of master data management and data governance principles.
Experience with following SDLC practices.
Excellent analytical skills to collect information from diverse sources, apply professional principles in performing various analyses and summarize the information and data.
Excellent project management and process improvements skills.
Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
