Actively support HCM Cloud Services modules and related applications, including Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management, Greenhouse Recruiting and Onboarding, BetterWorks Goal Management and Learn Share Learning Management. Responsible for business requirement analysis, writing functional design documents, communicating requirements to technical team members, system testing, issue resolution, and training. Support technical assessments and implementations of critical and highly visible new technology solutions, and support them in the Enterprise both short and long-term. Responsibilities include the following: provide production support on day-to-day issues; manage project initiatives and functional enhancements; act as a liaison between business users and internal, external technical team members; submit and manage Oracle Service Requests (SR)’s, manage the change process and document in accordance of System Development Life Cycles and Change Control; support Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reporting and analytics platform and provide standard, ad hoc reports from it; identify process improvements and work with business partners effectively to implement system changes; and support and enhance Oracle Applications interfaces integrated with non-Oracle systems
Must have Master’s in Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience with the following: providing implementation and support as a Business Analyst on Oracle Applications R12 and Oracle Cloud Services; working with HCM Core, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, or Absence Management modules; supporting any of the following Oracle Cloud Applications modules: HCM Core, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Absence Management; working with SOX and other regulatory related system requirements; and serving in project management role. We will also accept a Bachelor’s degree and 5 yrs of experience.
