Program and Project analyst and quality agent in the management of GTO – Digital Office portfolio of programs and IT projects, disseminating the MetLife methodology and market best practices to internal and external IT partners to contribute to the best delivery of products and customer services. Also act in budget management and IT contracts.
Align the knowledge of IT teams in the management of portfolios, programs and projects, using MetLife's global and regional methodology and tools.
Tracking of the portfolio, programs and projects from its conception to its closure and recommendation of preventive and corrective actions, with the aim of its implementation according to the established quality criteria.
Facilitate the creation and tracking of PAR, CEAR, Bid Waivers, Statements of Work, vendor engagements, forecasting, planning and reporting.
Develop the executive material to meet GTS (Global Technology Services) topics: Budget, quality, metrics, projects and processes.
Tracking the budget of IT projects, from monthly to annual planning to the management of actual expenditure versus projected expenditures. Works closely with: IT partner teams (Digital office, AD and Infrastructure), Financial planning, GTS, GOSC, Vendors/Suppliers
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required: business experience or technical skills required to perform the job.
Ten plus years of project administration and coordination related experience
Three to five plus years’ experience with IT & Project Management tools (Clarity, ServiceNow, Apptio, Peoplesoft, Ariba, Beeline)
Demonstrated experience with financial management, including budget, forecasting, and financial planning and reporting activities
Program & project administration on SharePoint, Box, OneDrive to maintain reports, logs schedules, presentations
Three plus years of management experience with direct reports
Prior software development lifecycle experience utilizing Jira and HP QC
Microsoft Office – Powerpoint, Project, Word, Excel
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Fluent in Spanish
