A talented professional to assist in the operations of the Branding, Design, Production and Content Strategy through all forms of Campus Services media. The Assistant Director of Creative oversees content strategy and graphic design efforts to contribute to the development of long-term strategic marketing initiatives and audience-specific integrated marketing and communication plans for the operations within Campus Services. The position leads integration and implementation of the Miami brand across the Campus Services departments. The position also provides leadership for content, graphic design and production functions. The Assistant Director of Creative reports to the Director of Marketing for Campus Services.
Act as the lead graphic designer for high profile projects and initiatives within Campus Services areas as defined by Director of Marketing.
Assist in creating work flow processes as necessary to increase the overall success of the graphic design, production and content creation for enhanced outcomes within the marketing department.
Work collaboratively with the entire marketing team to support the strategic marketing plans established for each Campus Services area by assisting to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and
Manage the design, production and content team to ensure efficient and accurate work flow at the highest level by overseeing deliverable, timelines and budgets while maximizing the talents of the creative team.
Take lead of brainstorming, creative exercises and new initiatives with the design, production and content team.
Maintain and protect the University brand identities through all forms of communication both internally and externally and ensure licensing regulations are consistently adhered to. Maintain high level of confidentiality and Professionalism at all times.
