The Enterprise Developer will serve as an essential part of the Digital Workplace Team, responsible for all technical and administrative aspects of the Service Management CRM platform including Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM). The primary responsibility of the Enterprise Developer is for the day-to-day administration, configuration and ongoing maintenance of the Service Management CRM platform supporting key ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Employee Self Service and other service modules including Project Portfolio Management.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or business administration required or equivalent experience.
3+ years implementing or managing ITSM, PPM or CRM solutions.
Experience with ITSM, PPM or CRM solutions required.
Experience in developing ITSM customizations, workflows, configurations and plug-ins.
