Day to Day Activities:
Perform onsite remediation of customer issues and also give remote assistance when needed.
Document all case work to include maximum level of detail, and record documentation in company CRM.
Train customers on proper usage of company's products and enforce best practices and standards to ensure optimal outcomes.
Review data coming from customers on a weekly basis with account managers to understand what proactive assistance customers may require.
Conduct periodic preventative maintenance following standard checklists. Be an expert on all products in order to provide highest quality of support.
Travel up to 60% of the time to support customer needs across the US.
Bachelor's or Associate’s degree required.
2+ years of experience in a technical or helpdesk role.
Learn fast, and be ready to start contacting new prospects after one week of intensive training.
Become an expert at using CRM software to organize and document customer-focused activities on a daily basis.
