As a member of the Enterprise Development Team, the developer will perform application development in support of NKU applications in a public sector environment.
The duties of this developer will include the definition, design, coding, testing and production support as defined within the IT project scope. The developer will be expected to perform their development activities within the established NKU project management methodology, processes and procedures.
This development activity will require the ability to work in multiple areas of specialization. The primary areas:
Hybrid Mobile Applications Framework: Ionic, Cordova, React Native, etc.
Primary Responsibilities :
Design / develop software technology solutions based on customer requirements.
Provide production support and troubleshoot problems.
Perform unit testing on software applications.
Participate in peer code reviews.
Assist Business Analysts with technical issues as they relate to documenting customer requirements for new project requests.
Document assigned work in accordance with IT project management standards.
Design user experience (UX)
Bachelor’s Degree and two years of related experience.
Computer Science or Information Systems – very knowledgeable in application development.
Minimum of three references.
