The Corporate Technology Infrastructure Management (CTIM) Service Delivery function will provide oversight for the Site Resiliency Engineering (SRE) transition and beyond. As a Program Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the matrix management of the SRE teams processes, reporting, and major programs, including GTI and LOB Technology demand, end user, network, distributed, mainframe, cyber security and real estate build out related services and technologies. These projects support the growth and operational stability of the Corporate Technology businesses in addition to delivering enhanced technology and cost reductions into the operating environment.
You will be driving the delivery of projects in the portfolio across all services working closely with multiple GTI & LOB technology teams while interfacing with senior managers and stakeholders in the organization. Strong leadership, excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to remain calm and perform under pressure are a must have.
Skillset and experience:
Acts as the communications conduit to executive sponsor & project stakeholders; conducts regularly scheduled briefings/status updates
Serve as single point of contact for Service Delivery issues / questions / escalations
Ensures all required data for making portfolio decisions is complete and available for decision-making, collaborating with CTIM, SRE managers or partnering entities to do so.
Create an environment that breeds trust and collaboration with others. Exhibit a strategic business focus with a customer-focused perspective.
Recognize areas for internal improvement and developing plans for implementing them.
Substantial IT experience, or relevant business or team leadership.
Experience with projects in multiple technologies, functions (e.g. transaction management, risk management etc.).
Extensive experience in managing projects through all phases of the life cycle and expert working knowledge of an industry recognized Project Management methodology.
Experience or understanding of infrastructure or application support and development functions.
Experience of Tech and Operations relationship management.
Experienced in Scrum Agile Project Management that can take our teams to the next level in adoption of Agile, Scrum and Kanban practices.
Knowledge and understanding of banking regulatory, compliance, risk and security aspects.
Knowledge of Permit to Build and Permit to Operate.
Proven experience keeping projects on time and within budget.
Ability to present metrics to key stakeholders.
Experience in working with Outside Service Providers.
S trong familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the JPMC community.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience OR PMP, MSP, Six Sigma, or other formal project management discipline preferred; familiarity with SDLC and Agile delivery practices beneficial.
Experience in infrastructure projects e.g. Wide Area Networking, Networking, Storage SAN, NAS, Server deployments, Data Centres, virtualization.
Collaborates effectively with peers & broader technology teams to ensure successful deliveries.
Ability to listen, analyse, influence, negotiate and use judgment to solve complex issues in order to accomplish project goals.
ITIL Certification preferred.
