Job Responsibilities: - Support with budgeting and monitoring of financial and resource allocation in order to provide an adequate financial and manpower strength to the Department - Coordinate with other HKEX Departments (including Information Technology Department) and external service providers, where appropriate, to deploy new technology to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency - Assist in periodic reporting, risk reporting and other ad-hoc reporting to meet with various reporting requirements of the Department - Update business contingency plans and oversee contingency drills - Assist with web postings and provide operational and administration support to systems - Provide support for adhoc projects or tasks within the Department Requirements: - University degree, preferably in Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or related subject - At least 3 years working experience in well-established organisations with operational and project management skills preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Strong computer skills and conversant with MS Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and statistical software - Working experience with FinTech/RegTech/AI/office process automation technology is a plus - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
