The Change Management Lead positions will support strategic initiatives by bridging the gap between the impacted audiences and project teams in order to minimize resistance and maximize adoption. Lead training and instructional design processes in support of strategic initiatives. Support division communication needs. Provide project management support.
Duties will include: Develop and implement change management plans for strategic projects, including: communication; training; audience impact analysis; user feedback gathering (focus groups, surveys, etc); go-live and support strategies; project branding; success metrics; stakeholder and leadership engagement 2. Lead instructional design process, including: design documents, activities, learning objectives, content creation/collection, content organization. Develop elearning courses using course design software or develop presentations for in-person trainings. Engage with stakeholders to ensure training deliverables are meeting intended outcomes. 3. Serve as a support resource for drafting, editing and distributing communications for the division, in adherence to both University and division brand and style guidelines 4. Provide administrative support for the Business Forum, including: coordination of agenda and presentations; administration of Adobe Connect; maintenance of audio/visual equipment 5. Serve as project manager on strategic projects across the division. This includes development and management of resource planning, project plans deliverables, milestones and outcomes, project reporting, documentation, etc. This also includes the facilitation and management of business process review and improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, MIS, IT, Instructional Design, Education or related field and a minimum of 6 years communications experience ; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
knowledge of adult learning theory (ADDIE, SAM), PROSCI certified (or knowledge of change management practices)
Intermediate excel skills
Experience with CMS & HTML
PMP Cert (knowledge of PMBOK, ITIL, Agile/Waterfall))
