Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking an IT Service Management (ITSM) Training Program Administrator (Administrator) for OIT-Enterprise Service Delivery. This position is responsible for providing training and supporting communications to university-wide organizations for the Rutgers IT Service Management Office. This role has a tremendous impact across the university. This position is within the Rutgers IT Service Management Office and is a direct report to the Associate Director, IT Service Management. The Administrator should posses a technical background so they can deeply understand the technical learning challenges, and help build programs for learners at various levels across the university. This role will need to have strong communication skills and be able to clearly articulate the value of the services and products offered to the Rutgers community by the Rutgers IT Service Management Office.
