The IS Administrative Specialist will provide high-level administrative support to the Information Technology Department of Christiana Care. The role performs a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative functions while working as part of the IT team and supporting leadership and staff.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide onsite administrative support to leadership and teams in the Information Technology Department
Performs high volume, complex calendar management including scheduling of meetings and reconciling conflicts all within a timely fashion.
Provide onsite support for projects, educational events, and meetings
Participates in new hire onboarding and supports other initiatives for staff as directed
Update project databases as necessary.
Provide onsite support for meetings as necessary. This includes, but not limited to, agenda development, minutes and presentation preparation.
Collect and analyze project information and produce meaningful management reports as necessary
Keeping notes at project meetings; annotating, finalizing and managing multiple sets of notes
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High school graduate or equivalent
Experience in an IT setting preferred
Project management experience preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
