We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Sales Quality, Governance and Assurance Initiatives.
Drive the implementation of Global Sales Quality Minimum Standards and their subsequent enhancements to protect customer interests
Support business growth and sustainability by provision of sales quality management information reports to facilitate risks identification, control and mitigations
Produce meaningful and actionable management information and analysis to provide insights to RBWM management on sales quality performance and improvement of respective sales channels
Review the robustness of the Sales Quality infrastructure, processes and procedures to ensure customers are treated fairly and to protect the Bank reputation
Identify streamlining opportunities and enhance Sales Quality, Quality Assurance and Mystery Shopping Program processes
Optimize the usage of data analytics to support formulation of thematic and targeted review plans
Support the operations of the Sales Quality Review Committee
Regularly evaluate and improve the effectiveness and user friendliness of Sales Quality reports and dashboard
Support internal and external reviews by second and third line of defence and regulators
Ensure own competence and training to comply with the requirements laid down in the Sales Quality Capability Framework
Support other Sales Quality functions as and when needed
University degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent
Strong analytical reasoning and logical thinking capabilities
Positive, dynamic, open to change and outward looking
Attentive to details, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Excellent people management skills and experience, with the proven ability to influence others and drive quality performance
Effective verbal and written communication, problem solving, presentation and project management skills
Proficiency in the use of computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
