Involved in all aspects of national and international deal cycles
Responsible for various workstreams of the M&A and deal processes
Analyse financial reports, relevant markets and companies in detail
Undertake company evaluations
Prepare sales documents (teaser, information memorandum etc.) and organise and assist in management presentations
Take part in due diligence work streams and assist contract negotiations
Highly motivated and proactive with great attention to detail and understanding of the overall picture
Excellent academic background in business administration, economics or comparable degrees
Very strong skills in corporate finance or controlling / accounting
Accomplished IT skills and high proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
Excellent command of spoken and written German and English
Proven social competence and negotiation skills
