Embed high level of control awareness across the locations and ensure that the operational activities are performed in compliance with audit requirements and policies
Assist the Regional CBG FATCA/CRS Champion and work closely with the country reps/support partners, and Tech on all FATCA/CRS related matters, initiatives
Assist the Regional Operations Process Owner (ROPO) to drive, manage and control standardisation across all locations
Be a regional contact and assist in the management of Regional Treasures Cross Border Client Servicing Program - Cross Border Account Opening, Cash Withdrawals and new cross border initiatives
Good knowledge of FATCA/CRS regulations and guidelines
Strong field knowledge in process design, banking and branch operations
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and process flow chart tools such as Visio (must have).
