Lead the centralized onboarding team in support of the Institutional Banking Unit's strategic direction
Promotes team collegiality and effectiveness of the functioning and operations on customer onboarding related matters
Demonstrates awareness of business risks and initiates to take actions to manage and mitigate them
Leads the review and refinement of work standards/ processes to enhance quality and compliance in execution
Take accountability and demonstrates commitment towards achieving desired outcomes
Embraces and embarks on the journey of digitization and process improvement and drives the team to cope with the latest developments
Ensure full compliance with the codes & ordinance by the regulatory authorities and the Bank's policies, standards, guidelines & procedures
Minimum 10 years' relevant banking experience, including customer relationship management, compliance, risk and control, with at least 5 years at management level
University graduate in any discipline
CAMS certification or equivalent or Certified AML Professional under HKMA preferred
Solid understanding on AML requirements in both local and global standards
Thinks strategically in the pursuit of DBS' business intent
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent leadership and coaching skills
Proficiency in the use of MS Office
Proficiency in both English and Cantonese. Mandarin is highly preferred.
