Our client has an immediate need for an IT Project Lead to interface directly with customers and manage implementations and training for large scale software project in the healthcare industry.
Work with healthcare staff to communicate product functionality options, collect configuration preferences, configure product components, test and troubleshoot issues
Lead product enrollment presentations
Sett project goals and milestones for customers
Design, develop and update on-line help, course materials, manuals and supplemental handouts for onsite client training
Provide Helpdesk support with ability to diagnosis severity of issues and take a leadership role in problem resolution
Analyze system and business process requirements and design, develop and execute test cases to ensure test coverage
Provide technical sales support as required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience with Health Information Systems
At least 3 years professional work experience in information technology and project management
Hospital clinical domain experience a plus
Ability to provide onsite training at client sites
Experience interfacing clinical applications (HIS, EMR, LIS) within a hospital system
Experience with HL7 (ADT & ORU) or ASTM (1381 & 1394)
Experience with data management and relational databases (SQL Server) including ability to write SQL and understand/use data models
Analytical or development background with strong trouble shooting abilities
Experience designing, developing and executing test cases
Excellent communication, presentation, technical writing and interpersonal skills
