Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Part-time Project Coordinator for the Evanston campus.
Temporary Job Description: The temporary Project Coordinator position provides standard project management and administrative support, which may include planning with internal clients, developing schedules and timelines, track task progress and completion of all key initiatives. Additionally, the temporary Project Coordinator serves as liaison with clients and manages multi-tiered approval processes.
A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
3+ years of marketing communications experience;
Strong written and verbal skills;
High level of organizational skills and project management skills;
Diligent and detail-oriented, can work independently;
Flexibility, adaptability in a fast paced environment.
Experience in a Communications agency or in-house agency;
Knowledge of smartsheet project management system;
Understanding of/experience managing creative development process;
MS Office suite 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
