UK HealthCare Quality and Safety is currently recruiting a Process Improvement Coordinator to support performance improvement activities. Responsibilities may include: leading, facilitating and/or supporting improvement initiatives; developing team goals; establishing project plans; designing metrics and tools for measuring process and team outcomes; performing clinical investigations; providing education to teams and hospital staff. This position will join the Quality and Safety team, which serves as a resource for quality improvement and patient safety initiatives at UK HealthCare, as well as the translational unit to accelerate the discovery of new knowledge concerning efficiency and effectiveness of health care delivery innovations. Our ultimate goal is to scale the next generation of solutions for improving health systems and overall population health. Our Experts in Quality Improvement and Process Engineering (EQuIPE) have specialized capabilities in quality and process improvement, problem solving and change management, and support UKHC's commitment to patient-centered care.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess experience in process improvement and project management, ideally within a healthcare setting.
