The Manager, Digital Engagement will be a part of the HBS Career & Professional Development (CPD) Marketing & Communications team and will play a critical role in managing digital engagement with employers, students and alumni, with a specific focus on driving our strategy to build new and nurture existing relationships with relevant organizations around the globe.
Digital/ Social Media Management
Manage HBS CPD's employer facing social media content plan & strategy, which currently includes Twitter, LinkedIn, and CPD's recruiting blog. Determine cross-platform and cross-school campaigns to add value to HBS recruiting partners.
Lead paid advertising initiatives to increase awareness of HBS talent and drive lead generation.
Liaise with social media managers across HBS to leverage and share campaigns of interest to employers around the globe.
Project manage the creation of video content to demonstrate the diversity of career interests and the impact being made by HBS students and alumni, and the various ways to recruit at HBS.
Partner with the Student and Alumni facing Manager, Digital Engagement to highlight relevant recruiter information to students and alumni via student and alumni marketing channels.
Website Content Strategy
Create and manage content for the HBS Recruiting website - targeted at organizations and recruiters interested in hiring HBS students and alumni.
Project manage & collaborate with HBS Marketing & Communications and external vendors on website enhancements & redesigns.
Implement a content strategy and create timely, targeted, valuable content, including whitepapers.
Collaborate with MBA Program colleagues on career-related content on the HBS MBA website for prospective students.
Lead Generation and Email Marketing Management
Develop and implement a CRM roadmap to support the corporate relations' team in building new and nurturing existing relationships.
Execute lead generation efforts and implement a plan for our team's use of Salesforce and our email marketing platform, Marketing Cloud.
Responsible for examining website and social media analytics and lead generation data to determine target audience engagement and impact. Will utilize insights to inform CPD marketing & communications strategy.
Collaborate with Market Intelligence team on interpreting results and trends.
Assist with CPD projects including office-wide recruiting initiatives, student presentations and programs, and conferences.

5+ years of professional experience in a marketing or project management role.
Ability to initiate and manage multiple tasks and projects under competing deadlines and shifting priorities. Candidate must be equally comfortable in a team-based environment and as individual contributor. Proven experience developing marketing and social media campaigns targeted at diverse audiences. Candidate should demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, strategic thinking and creativity. A solid understanding of the MBA culture, marketplace, and career paths is desired; knowledge of MBA recruiting is a plus.
