The Executive Recruiter will support senior level hiring for technology across all lines of business. Clients will include the APAC Technology Leadership Team (APTL) members as well as Global Technology Leaders. The role will focus on recruiting and hiring leadership level talent from the external market to deliver the next generation of technology leaders at the firm, work with the leadership team as well as acting as trusted advisor to the APTL in providing diversified solutions for talent acquisition and succession planning. The Executive Recruiter will provide regular comprehensive overviews of the market to relevant clients. Requirements:
The successful candidate will have most of the following attributes:
A proven track record in placing C-level across technology
Have an established, global network of world class technology / digital talent
Have the ability to research and map the market of competitors across industries, from scratch, to identify prospective candidates and create organizational charts for any organizations' technology / digital top line with great accuracy
From this research be able to produce a shortlist of fully vetted and qualified candidates, who are best in class in their respected field
Maintain constant communication and provide a white glove service to candidates and hiring managers in order to keep momentum through the lifecycle of the search
Based upon knowledge of the market be able to advise / recommend hiring managers and the HR function on offer proposal, including complex deferred compensation structures
Have expert knowledge of executive compensation packages across different industries (Financial Services, Technology, Telco, Healthcare etc.)
Executive presence with credibility, gravitas and ability to build trust based relationships quickly
BA / BS degree with 6+ years in executive search experience
