To help us drive our strategic objectives and build a world class platform, we have formed a Global Vendor Management Organization.
Our Vendor Management Organization (VMO) is responsible for evaluating third-party providers of goods and services, supervising day to day interactions, and managing longer term relationships. Our VMO adds value to our business by optimizing vendor performance, improving the quality of services, minimizing risk, and increasing compliance. Furthermore, our VMO works with our service providers to drive collaboration and innovation which are essential to success in our industry.
The Global VMO Process Improvement Manager will assist the Global VMO Leader in the development and implementation of the strategic plan for third-party provider performance. This resource will develop processes and solutions by collaborating with the third-party providers. This resource will also support the Global VMO Leader in the communication, governance, and escalation of critical issues.
Key Responsibilities will include: *
First point of escalation for processing, system and access issues; resolve issues and disputes in a timely manner
Track escalated issues and report analysis/resolution to Global VMO Leader
Supervise day to day interactions with third-party providers
Proactively supervise transition and transformation initiatives as they relate to third-party providers
Collaborate with third-party providers to improve the quality of service, increase efficiencies, minimize risk, and uphold compliance requirements
Assist Global VMO Leader in monitoring and analyzing third-party provider performance
Assist Global VMO Leader in developing and maintaining SLA and KPI reporting for third-party providers
Assist Global VMO Leader in developing and implementing a communication matrix and performance review structure
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to CBRE service lines and third-party providers

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required plus a minimum of six years experience with process improvement, project management or other related experience. Prior supervisory experience required.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products).
