Overview: We are looking for an experienced designer to join our creative team designing and developing on-screen and printed materials to support high-stakes, new business initiatives.
The qualifying candidate will be extremely organized and have a critical eye for detail with an emphasis on accuracy, quality and sophistication. A high-level of proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is required.
This role reports to the Marketing Manager in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities: Create custom digital and print materials including pitch presentations, event graphics, infographics, digital assets and leave behind books/brochures, etc.
Proactively communicates project scope and status.
Confers with internal clients to discuss and determine layout design.
Develops, manages and enforces compliance of shared group processes and standards including asset creation and creative resource management.
Technical Qualifications: Mastery of core Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Fine Arts degree preferred with a minimum of two years related experience and/or training.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires ability to do project budgets and cost estimates.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and web publishing and graphic design principles. Intermediate skills with web design. Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Familiarity with Adobe Dreamweaver. Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. Familiarity with MS Excel. Basic project management, editing and writing skills required.
