Provides technical consulting and training to COP faculty, staff, students and practitioners in the selection, acquisition, installation and application of computer hardware and software and in the design of telecommunication networks. Addresses help-desk tickets and requests from college faculty, staff, and students regarding hardware, software, educational technology, website, digital signage, and telecommunications concerns. Maintains records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software. Performs trouble shooting of classroom and conference room functions and implements solutions to actual and potential IT issues.
