The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects that include creating different types of website and multimedia content including Christiana Care Health System websites and digital efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating, designing and deploying plans and create engaging and measurable websites and digital and multi-media content. This person will manage multiple projects simultaneously, including marketing landing pages, analytics and reporting projects and other select projects, all while successfully managing client expectations and enhancing the visibility and reputation of Christiana Care Health System. The Project Manager will have a keen eye for detail, high working standards and a proactive approach to online content creation and delivery methods.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works to deploy the online website plan for Christiana Care Health System including: christianacare.org, social media sites and other website-related projects and digital properties.
Develops and owns production delivery timelines and follow process (RACI) and workflow for review of content, deadlines and schedules.
Liaises with marketing, technology, development and communication teams to create assets to support the website and to maximize audiences.
Facilitates appropriate community and social media via forums, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other social media assets.
Develop and report web analytics and other project reporting efforts in coordination with External Affairs teams.
Maintains and provides ongoing design of digital assets as articulated by the Digital Team Leader, Creative Services Graphic Manager and Christiana Care Health System brand standards.
Performs assigned work safely, adhering to established departmental safety rules and practices; reports to supervisor, in a timely manner, any unsafe activities, conditions, hazards, or safety violations that may cause injury to oneself, other employees, patients and visitors. Performs other related duties as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, advertising liberal arts, or equivalent education in a related field.
Five years' of experience in working with Websites and/or digital projects.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
