Assist project team with defining reporting requirement for business partners ; where needed create prototypes of the reports to help facilitate the design.
Assist in analyzing data related business problems.
Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues.
Provide technical support for the reporting and data analysis needs of users in the Americas, Europe, and Asia/Pacific.
Create ad-hoc reports using Cognos, Salesforce.com, MS Access or MS SQL. For more complicated reports, work closely with the application development team to provide support for their work product.
Assist in inventorying and consolidating existing reports.
Partner with technical architects to design a data model for the reporting solution.
Add to/update existing logical data models.
Understand cross-functional business relationships and their use of information.
Participate in Business Requirements activities by documenting meeting minutes and gathering specific requirements based on the information collected from the stakeholders and clients during meeting.
Maintain knowledge of business processes and application design.
Work closely with project managers, development teams, quality assurance, and other team to meet project deadlines.
Bachelor's Degree, 2 to 4 years related information systems experience.
2 years of reporting and analytics experience.
