ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, STRATEGIC INITIATIVES AND PLANNING , Resource Development-Campaign Office , will collaborate with colleagues in Resource Development and Alumni Association, faculty, and senior leadership across the Institute to develop priorities, plans, and strategies for training advancement staff on Institute priorities and initiatives. Will focus on the planning, organizing, and execution of trainings and meetings for internal stakeholders. The position will involve a range of duties, including outreach to faculty and staff, project development and management, aligning development priorities with development opportunities, and staffing and coordinating ongoing taskforces and working groups.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : bachelor's degree; at least two years of relevant experience within a development operation; up to one year of supervisory experience; excellent analytical, marketing, organizational, and oral and written communication skills; project management experience; meticulous attention to detail; demonstrated ability to initiate and manage projects, keep multiple simultaneous works teams on track and within deadlines, work both independently and as a team member, and maintain confidentiality.
