Maintain a focus on Out-of-Stocks below goal through leadership and weekly activities with the Inventory Management teams.
Quickly identify issues and recommend solutions to support a diverse and complex business
Develop, train and reinforce process expectations for weekly and seasonal replenishment
Partner with other IM Ops team members, such as the S&OP Team, Process Team, or Company & Seasonal Events Team to provide input, support and reinforce process expectations to achieve OOS and inventory goals.
Influence teams and provide training on process expectation for replenishment action steps associated with Transitions and Company Space/Salesplans.
Serve as primary IM Ops contact for your respective Division’s IM teams.
Partner with our Learning & Development teams to educate new Inventory Analysts.
2+ years as an Inventory Analyst in Inventory Management
Working understanding of Target IM replenishment systems
Excellent analytical ability
Strong project management skills
Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills
Flexibility, resiliency and nimbleness; comfortable working in “grey areas” that are constantly changing
Ability to impact, develop, train, and influence others
Curiosity with a desire to learn and innovate
