Youwill work in the Omnichannel Tribe. As a team, we work towards the developmentof ING's new banking platform, for which you will work in close collaborationwith your colleagues in the Netherlands.
Yourkey responsibilities Strategy
Collect market and competition insights to have a deepunderstanding of client's digital channels' needs in the Small and MediumEnterprises (SME) and Mid corporate segments
Ensure close collaboration with stakeholders and colleaguesfrom the Business Segment and Service Tribes to support the development andimplementation of the value proposition and/or the translation of the strategyinto practical customer journeys on our business channels
Design the strategy and roadmap for the digital channels forbusiness customers
Propose and formulate business channels' features within thelegislation and regulatory frameworks, in line with customer needs
Test (User Acceptance Testing), release, manage, harmoniseand phase out the business channels
Keep good level of knowledge of technology, banking products,(complex) processes, tools developments & IT assets
Define criteria for measuring the channels' performance
Optimize channels based on customer feedback
Ensure full compliance with risk limits, risk appetite statements,mandates and policies

Asa Customer Journey Expert Digital Banking Business Segments you will also need:
A Master degree and/or professional experience of minimum 8to 10 years in digital banking, website / mobile app management, small andmedium business segments' banking, business analysis and / or IT management
Capability to influence and convince not only peers but alsothe stakeholders across the bank
Strong delivery skills, from requirements' gathering to coordinationand testing
A passion for the Agile way of working, with a focus onautonomy, empowerment and craftsmanship
The 'can-do' attitude to make things happen, with diligentrespect for the (risk) processes
Strong analytical skills combined with creativity andsynthesis
Good end-to-end vision and proficiency in managing complexity
Great interest in new technologies that impact the customerexperience
Strong interest in, and preferably relevant experience with,the banking needs of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and Mid corporatecompanies
IT affinity (e.g. IT architecture, development tools, ITprocesses, ...)
Good knowledge of English and Dutch or French
