The Office of the University Registrar is dedicated to providing the highest levels of student, faculty, and staff service and maintaining the highest level of academic records integrity and security.
The department is currently seeking a qualified Lead Academic Support Services Analyst. This is a high-level position that focuses on developing functional system solutions to higher education issues. In order to provide these solutions, the incumbent will need to have the ability to plan, schedule, design, analyze, develop, and direct large and complex higher education information systems. Independent formulation and implementation of logical solutions to business systems development and problem resolution is required. The incumbent will also serve as the lead for many PeopleSoft Student System projects, specifically within course, class, room, and academic advisement modules. Data warehouse query and report development experience is required. Information systems project management experience is preferred. Ability to direct others, lead meetings, and communicate extremely effectively is required.
Three to five years of progressive business systems analysis experience - preferably in the higher education information systems industry. High-level analytical, planning and communication skills. A Master's degree with major coursework in an appropriate field is preferred.
