This position reports to the Director of Practice Operations. The manager, under the direction of the Director is responsible for analysis of marketing data and conducting business outreach activities to businesses in the Midtown area, on behalf of ColumbiaDoctors.
Leadership role of offsite practice in Rockefeller Center within wellness suite of services, jointly managing operations and marketing with several ColumbiaDoctors departments. Planning health screenings and educational events as part of ColumbiaDoctors participation in wellness suite. Analyzing data from these offsite practices.
Writing and preparing ColumbiaDoctors Midtown Quarterly Newsletter including working with and reviewing with ColumbiaDoctors FPO and Columbia University Communications. Preparing brochures, flyers and other material to promote ColumbiaDoctors Midtown and other midtown sites.
Promote programs, departments and physicians to other businesses in the Rockefeller Center and midtown area, through scheduling and attending health fairs, screening events, and organizing lunchtime/evening seminars or talks.
Work with ColumbiaDoctors practices and NYP programs to promote use of the Midtown practice and cross referral among groups.
Compiling and analyzing marketing data, patient volume, patient portal data and business data reports.
Work with ColumbiaDoctors FPO and individual departments to implement HealthGrid
Work with ColumbiaDoctors FPO and individual departments to implement transition to Epic Systems software. Project management (planning, designing, monitoring, working with budgets etc.)
Business/process improvement - working with practices in assisting them to streamline their practices.
Plan events for ColumbiaDoctors Midtown physicians and staff including Provider Networking events, working with PR firm on Media events, Development events, Ground Rounds and other special events.
Coordinate the activities of two graduate student interns completing their summer practicums.
Other special projects as assigned. This position will participate in on call with the management staff including covering vacations and responding to afterhours emergencies. This position will provide cross coverage with other management staff. Some supervision of front desk/reception practice staff necessary.
Is knowledgeable and familiar with Columbia University procedures protocol.
Completes other duties and special projects as assigned.
Conforms to all applicable HIPPA, billing compliance and safety guidelines

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience, plus four years of related experience
Marketing experience and experience in IDX and Epic a plus
Excellent writing and communication skills and a proficiency in Excel including Pivot tables is required
Prior experience in a health care environment as well as adaptability to changing priorities essential
Willing to work early/mornings/late evenings or Saturdays if required
Master's degree preferred
