This position is responsible for the installation, integration, testing, documentation, monitoring, and maintenance of assigned systems within the Digital Content Services/OnBase team. The responsibilities will involve all technical aspects of OnBase and will require participation in project-oriented work. The position provides the opportunity to participate in multiple areas of IT infrastructure to develop and implement digital content and workflow solutions. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have a basic understanding of OnBase, is a solid problem solver, and has excellent attention to details.
Bachelor's degree related to information technology (IT). Equivalent combination of relevant IT education and/or experience will be considered. Solid business communication skills (written and oral). Working knowledge of Office products and Windows OS. Basic Windows scripting experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Information Science, Engineering, or related fields
1-3 years of experience with OnBase in lieu of a degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, on both technical and non-technical topics
Excellent problem-solving skills
Certification in OnBase Administration, Workflow, and/or WorkView
1-3 years of experience working in higher education
Experience in business process design
Experience to analyze and resolve complex automation issues
1-3 years of experience with SQL
1-3 years of experience managing Windows Servers
Previous experience within information technology at academic institution and knowledge of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, FERPA, etc.)
Familiarity with Confluence and/or Jira
Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMWare
