Under the direction of the Sr. Business Analyst/Project Manager (SRB/PM), the Business Analyst/Project Coordinator (BA/PC) is responsible for leading small to medium size projects and for assisting with the maintenance of the Berklee Online project portfolio.
The BA/PC is a subject matter expert in all business processes and systems at Berklee Online. He/She is responsible for assessing, developing and documenting requirements for standard end-user, business, and service needs and procedures. He/she also contributes in efforts to improve existing business processes and to identify technology solutions that meet Berklee Online's overall strategic objectives as well as end user needs.
The BA/PC participates in the ongoing refinement of internal best practices and controls. He/She, assists the Director of Operations in risk and compliance related efforts as needed.
He/she develops close partnerships internally and externally to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of the Berklee Online organization.
Becomes subject matter expert on all Berklee Online business processes, supporting configurations and technologies
Becomes subject matter expert in reporting tools and existing reports
Serves as a key team member in the Workday Student implementation project. Becomes subject matter expert in Workday student configurations and capabilities. Assists all Berklee Online divisions during the Workday Student implementation, to make sure all, business processes and configurations implemented properly meet the needs of students and staff.
Partners with Salesforce administrator to design and implement new processes and reports in the Salesforce environment.
Conducts analysis of Berklee Online's business and user business needs in order to develop requirements documentation for the implementation or revision of new business processes and reports.
Manages small to medium size projects, and is responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects
Assists with the management of large projects; including resource planning, detailed project plans and scheduling, client communication, asset coordination, internal team management, deliverables review and presentation, launch coordination and ongoing client relationship management
Develops and executes test plans for user acceptance testing, leads project teams as part of such efforts.
Develops and writes reports for all Berklee Online business divisions
Assists in planning and conducting of preliminary studies of potential software solutions, under the guidance of the (SRB/PM)and other stakeholders
Generates and maintains information business processes documentation across Berklee Online divisions.
Acts as a Berklee Online ambassador at all times to both internal and external constituents
Minimum 1-2 years experience of business analysis and project management
Strong interpersonal skills to understand the broad range of needs and various support requirements for delivering exemplary customer service
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats as well as to create and maintain positive, productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical personnel
Ability to operate independently and set priorities amongst multiple task assignments
Undergraduate degree and relevant business process analysis and/or project management training and experience
Workday and Salesforce experience strongly preferred
