Coordinates the implementation of a defined, short-term project or sub-set of projects (less than one year) within set organizational procedures and standards. Responsible for meeting sub-set objectives within quality, time, and budget targets, and for managing associated risks. Activists include: analyze requirements with the project sponsor/ customer or senior colleagues, design the implementation proposal, and evaluate the feasibility. Responsible for technical and organizational management and financial aspects of the activities. Regularly reports progress and any issues to Sr. level peers or management.
Bachelor's degree/equivalent, business, technical or analytical disciplines.
Planning and budgeting experience. Good analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Customer focused orientation.
Skills / Knowledge Considered a Plus::
Experience developing and/or delivering training (especially of a technical nature)
Organizational change management or communication experience
Excellent attention to detail

This position will be domiciled in Collierville, Tennessee. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs.
