Responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of client services personnel in an office(s). Reviews work product to ensure compliance with corporate branding standards and adherence to policy. Provides guidance and training to team members.
Characteristics of Position:
Geography: Colorado Front Range Market but this position is based in downtown Denver. Responsibility: Supervising Client Services Professionals in our offices located in Ft. Collins, Boulder, Downtown Denver, Denver Tech Center and Colorado Springs. Candidate will be responsible for their own transportation between locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees the general administrative tasks of a local team to ensure deliverables are complete and resources are deployed where needed. Resolves customer complaints or answers customers' questions regarding policies and procedures.
Reviews and approves listings and property budgets; ensures compliance with internal guidelines and policies; escalates approval(s) when necessary. May authorize expenses related to property listings. Conducts monthly review of property listings to ensure appropriate actions are taken at each stage of a listing (active, inactive, closed).
Attends marketing calls/meetings; follows up with other department teams to ensure awareness and understanding of changes that may impact how services are provided to sales/client facing professionals.
Coordinates and/or provide back-up support to the team during absences, attrition and/or heavy work overflow periods. May monitor team's PTO, approves time off requests, approves time cards. Trains new staff personnel.
Ensures FCG, Mapping and Project budget forms are accurate and submitted within deadline frame.
Assists management with implementation of training program for employees.
Other duties as needed.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college required. Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university preferred. Minimum five years related experience providing administrative support to client facing/sales professionals. Minimum 3 years related experience within the Real Estate industry.
Previous Supervisory experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. and digital marketing to include social media, web publishing and research tools. Ability to manipulate basic templates in Power Point and/or InDesign preferred.
Knowledge of business principles involved in planning, production methods and coordination of people and resources.
Personnel management skills to include providing guidance and direction to staff, setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
