A combined Project Manager and Business Analyst role working for the EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) Credit Risk Management Department. The EMEA Credit Risk Project Team is responsible for the successful planning, execution and control of wide portfolio of projects in CRM, covering technology, methodology and business processes.

You will: - Have the opportunity to work with both credit risk and the wider risk world globally - Be responsible for the entire lifecycle of multiple projects, from initiation, business requirements and prioritisation through to running working groups, execution, UAT and deployment. - Develop relationships with key risk leads and will be involved with the sourcing of projects and their overall global prioritisation - Align IT and methodology projects with business strategy to support department objectives and cover business needs - Assemble the technical experts, develop the business requirements, and assign its execution to the key technology and methodology teams - Collaborate with all areas of credit risk (credit research, methodology, middle office, reporting) to analyse, plan and execute projects to support department strategy and firm wide initiatives.
Morgan Stanley uses the latest agile methodologies and tools, and the person in this role will be involved in frequent prioritisation, grooming and management sessions.
You have: - 2+ years of working experience within a financial institution or consultancy - Experience in managing all stages of a project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, analysis, design, documentation, testing and rollout - Strong oral and written presentation skills including graphic illustrations - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Capable of communicating clearly and concisely to various levels of audiences and to both business and IT - Strong analytical skills and experience in dealing with complex data sets - Understanding of risk management is desirable, Credit risk management in particular - Knowledge of derivative and lending products is desirable
