Global Trade and Receivables Finance comprises over 4,500 people across more than 60 countries, helping suppliers and buyers with their export and import finance needs. Trade is where HSBC began in 1865, when we financed commerce between Europe, North America and Asia.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Manager Portfolio Management.
Manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, developing and maintaining strong working relationship with Internal GTRF Management, Global Businesses
Negotiation and consensus building with various country, regional and global stakeholders to ensure delivery of strategic imperatives
Proactively manage GTRF business partners and services providers
Drive special projects with other functions in the bank
Manage often complex change initiatives across functions and geographies in pursuit of Capital management goals and in line with strategy
Share knowledge, experience and best practices within and outside and promote a collective culture to spread experience and best practice
Promote and support training initiatives to enhance the skills of GTRF personnel
Cultivate an environment that supports diversity, the Values and reflects the HSBC brand
Live the HSBC values
Broad commercial banking and relationship management experience including an in depth knowledge of the Trade and RF business.
Exposure to GTRF and other commercial global banking products
Technical skills in Capital management and Product knowledge
Strong project management skills
Strong independent contributor, who is comfortable working in a self directed mode, on multiple assignments, where the teams will often be distributed across the globe and culturally diverse
Strong written and oral communication skills
