Primary responsibilities of the Assistant will focus on the Wharton Global High School Investment Competition including: process management, troubleshooting, communication/outreach and event execution. Other duties and responsibilities for this position include but not limited to: team administrative support, financial transactions (Concur processing and purchasing card), data and list management, room scheduling, email dissemination via Constant Contact, supply management and additional event operational support.
This position provides basic secretarial, administrative and other programmatic support to managers, employees, students and office visitors by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive. Â The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. Â Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree, with 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
