#CLOSER #BRAVER #FASTER The Role The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to support the delivery of the Customer Labs risk maturity uplift program through information management, reporting and development of supporting materials. The role forms part of the Operational Excellence team, which is accountable for orchestrating the specialist capabilities of Customer Labs (Data, Analytics, Digital, Customer Futures, Innovation, Venturing and Marketing) to collaboratively deliver on the Customer Labs strategy of creating a future beyond insurance for IAG. Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to first line of defence activities in support of uplifting the CL risk culture, with risk framed as an enabler of IAG's future beyond insurance. Support CL governance frameworks, processes, disciplines and reporting required to meet Group risk maturity targets.
Contribute to activities detailed in the program of work required to achieve the desired uplift in risk maturity across CL. This is expected to include support of the risk profile governance process, control testing, development of key risk indicators, compliance plans, fraud control plans, developing and maintaining of regular risk reporting, audit actions, incident management and miscellaneous risk documentation.
Act as the primary risk partner and SME for select CL hubs, with support from the Principal, Risk & Governance
Maintain the CL intranet risk site, update content and activity calendars, contribute to making the site as effective and user friendly as possible.
Support the development of materials for the divisional risk committee and for hub risk agendas.
Participate in CL operational and delivery forums to gain an understanding of CL initiatives, delivery milestones and related risk considerations.
Develop, deliver and contribute to training and communication materials, to promote an uplift in risk culture across CL.
Skills & Experience
1-5 years of corporate experience
Knowledge of key risk management concepts and practices, such as risk profiling, control testing and incident reporting
Attention to detail and ability to manipulate and organize large amounts of data
Excel skills, preferably advanced
Ability to collaborate effectively, deliver results and foster positive relationships
