We Offer A role within our UK Investment Bank Management team. The team principally supports the UK entity CEO, Deputy CEO and CFO in the management of the two UK domiciled subsidiaries.
This is a replacement role within the Capital Management team reporting to the UKIB Capital Manager. The role is broad with a mix of complex standalone analysis, daily entity capital management and Divisional support.
The two entities (Credit Suisse International and Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited) are of the largest wholly owned subsidiaries of Credit Suisse Group supported by material amounts of capital. As a valuable resource, the efficient management of capital is a key area of senior management and Board focus.

Broad entity overview and experience,
You will have exposure to senior individuals within the firm
Your main areas of focus are:
You will assist in managing that the entity and businesses operate within the entities' available capital,
You will maintain a three-year forward plan including future regulation impact assessments, and identify potential capital issues to be addressed etc.,
You will manage the RWA limit framework, breach remediation etc.
You will provide a significant level of business support (capital consumption)
You will respond to general capital related queries, both divisional but also to the wider Credit Suisse Group
You will identify new capital efficiencies especially with respect to future regulation and business changes
You will be involved in CSI CSSEL Strategy given the role this plays in the overall strategy of the entities
You will, in time, be the capital lead on all Recovery and Resolution matters in the UK including the PRA's Solvent Wind Down requirement.
You will assist in managing the Board presentation preparation.
Open to discussing flexible/agile working.
Ideally basic understanding of the UK / EU regulatory capital regimes and experience in the investment banking industry
Excellent presentation preparation skills.
Ability to analyse and manage data which includes the use of standard MS Office applications
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to partner with multiple senior partners and the confidence to deal with senior management,
Project management and administration skills are essential
Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in economics, finance, mathematics or engineering

Skills / experience that would be an advantage:
Experience from one of the following IB areas: COO, Equities, FID, Risk, Product Control or Treasury
Regulatory related experience would be a considerable advantage.
