We are looking for two types of professionals: Process "Engineers" and Fraud Investigation subject matter experts.
The Process "Engineers" will look for opportunities to continuously improve our operations team
The Fraud Investigations Experts will triage fraud cases and route them to other fraud agents

Job Description: Duties for this role include but are not limited to: provide support in project communication, documentation and coordination in a project for the department. To provide support in collecting and analyzing routine department problems, issues, and concerns.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline. Analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Strong human relations and communication skills.
Domicile / Relocation Information: These position will be domiciled in Memphis, Tennessee. Relocation assistance may be available, but is based on business decision.
