Reporting to both Director of Procurement and Director of Innovation Services, the Technical Operations Analyst is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and maintenance of procurement and innovation related initiatives and other projects and duties related to the daily support of both departments. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Essential Job Functions:
Conducts internal audits as needed and identifies potential deficiencies, suggests changes and prepares reports for both Innovation Services and Procurement
Performs quarterly and annual rebate/spend reporting
Analyzes financial impact of potential initiatives and presents findings to Director of Procurement and/or Director of Innovation Services for review
Assists with annual forecasting to accounting
Create clear operational flow diagrams as well as a clear succession plan for management to ensure future upkeep of programs after implementation
Request all national vendor spend reporting, quarterly. Using spend data, complete quarterly reporting for all applicable national vendor partnerships - submit to Director of Procurement for review. Once approved, submit to Senior Controller.
Develop formal Request for Proposal (RFP) process for national account selection. Compile results of RFPs, analyze and provide findings to Director of Procurement for review.
Assists with tracking contract expiration tracking, price comparisons between vendors, and vendor inquiry reviews.

Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Project management experience encouraged
