The Senior Salesforce Administrator will play a key, highly visible, internal role on Salesforce.com projects which involves analyzing, building, integrating, testing and deploying Salesforce.com solutions. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will act as the primary technical owner for the SFDC instances and all connected integrations. This role collaborates with functional leaders from various teams to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This position is critical to understanding key metrics of the business and allowing the organization to continue to grow at a rapid pace. Solid technical skills blended with a value-to-business mindset are key to success in this role. Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce development, configuration, integration, and customization of fields, objects, process builder, workflows, etc
Assist with the setup, configuration and management of Company’s Salesforce.com environment to support business needs and growth specifically related to the Sales organization (Lead routing, tracking, reporting, Campaign strategy, Opportunities (Opportunity lifecycle, pipeline, workflows, renewals, etc)
Engage with Business Stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality and translate approved solutions into actionable work and deliverables
Support Salesforce integrations with other applications including but not limited to Marketo, Gainsight, Outreach, Gong, Looker, InsightSquared, Zuora
Develop end-user requirements to design, develop, configure and administer SFDC including APEX code, custom objects/fields, process builds, page layouts, workflow rules, and external tool integrations
Full release management including creation of use cases and test plans as required
Document and maintain process, policies, application configuration, and training material
Keep up to date on new SFDC and 3rd party apps, features and functionality to recommend and apply improvements to internal business requirements
Manage the database and perform basic administration, de-duping and clean-up procedures
Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
Work in a highly collaborative team environment with an always-evolving mixture of active collaboration and quiet-time focused on project advancement and self-learning
3+ years of experience providing operational support and design using Salesforce.com CRM
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Capable of running projects from initiation to completion with minimal oversight
Experience in consulting for or directly managing multiple SFDC implementations
Ability to thrive in a demanding environment while prioritizing multiple tasks among cross-functional teams
Experience creating new objects and fields, configuring page layouts, leveraging Salesforce automation, formulas, and validation rules
Ability to learn and adopt new technologies as well as staying current on existing ones, pursuing experience and certifications in leading edge or primary technology areas
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Consulting experience with Salesforce.com implementations, upgrades, integrations and customizations preferred
Experience migrating from Classic to Lightning preferred
Experience working within the Marketo platform preferred
Gainsight, Gong, Looker, Outreach, New Voice Media, InsightSquared, Zuora, Demand Tools, Adobe Sign experience are all a plus
Experience with Visualforce, Apex development, Data Loader preferred
Certified Platform Developer I or higher preferred
