Reporting to the AVP, Digital Identity as the Senior Manager you will work closely with digital, technology, product, legal, compliance, and fraud partners internally across the bank. Your focus will be to deliver on TDs Digital Identity strategy, product roadmap and operations. Additionally, this role will play a critical role to developing internal use cases for TD to leverage the Digital Identity platform. As Senior Manager you will be energetic and thrive in a fast paced environment, you will interface with a variety of TD businesses, working on highly visible projects that will have major impacts on how our customers interact with service and products across Canada. The successful candidate's accountabilities and responsibilities will include:
Lead the discovery, definition and delivery of consumption use cases for TD Digital Identity platform
Establish extensive product/platform knowledge, ownership and lead the following key items:
Digital Identity platform strategy
Digital Identity delivery roadmap
LOB relationship management
Manage the internal and external technical relationships
Monitor and report on the Identity landscape, competitive landscape and vendor landscape
Act as subject manager expert for Digital Identity within TD and champion the platform capabilities and strategy throughout the enterprise
Manage key technical vendor relationships
Define and take accountability for key performance indicators
Contribute to the operational mandate of the digital ID platform - running the day to day platform operational strategy and execution.
Define high-level business requirements and scope for future capabilities
Formulate & execute launch/rollout plans
Manage to product budgets, funding requirements and timelines
Liase with Technology and Operations to integrate the platform delivery strategy and release management roadmap
Proactively partner with Governance and Controls, Risk Partners and Sponsoring businesses
7-10 years of product management experience in leading digital security, identity and authentication projects
A Proven track record of managing technically complex products and platforms delivering in a fast moving team or organization
Hands on development or management of mobile experiences and practices.
User centered approach to technical / solution thinking and end product design
Knowledge of common practices, trends, user experience, regulation and innovation in financial services and identity
Experience with creating business cases and end to end initiative management
Ability to work with cross-functional/highly matrixed teams
Ability to motivate and influence complex cross functional project teams
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented
Very strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
